Inca Trail: Apparel Size Order Form

Inca Trail Classic Reliability Trial & 4x4 Adventure Drive

HERO will provide all participants with one official Inca Trail sweatshirt, one official Inca Trail rugby shirt and one official Inca Trail baseball cap. We will also give one Inca Trail Rally document bag to each crew at signing on in Rio de Janeiro. The participant apparel comes in black with the Inca Trail motif embroidered in gold.

Please complete the following form to indicate your crews' size & quantity requirements. Your free items will be available for you to collect at the April 7 Briefing Day, but we will mail these items to those participants who cannot attend. There will also be examples of additional merchandise and extra apparel available for you to purchase at a later date. Orders forms for these items will be sent to all participants at a later date and we will also be able to take requests on the day.

Please return your requirements, by 1 March, by fax to (+44/0) 1886 833144, or by post to HERO, The Town House, Leigh, Worcester, WR6 5LA. Any crews who do not return their requirements by this date will receive the default size of L (large) for all items.
