To Access the HERO Members Only areas:

This is a new section for the HERO website and as such is still under development, so if you experience teething problems please bear with us.

To login to the HERO Members section you will require your membership number. The username is made up from your fullname and your password is your membership number. For example if your name is John Smith and you are member 1234, you username (user id) will be JohnSmith and the password will be 1234. Please note the first letter of each name is capitalised. If you have a name that is normally hypenated or contains apostrophes, these have been removed as they are not acceptable to the password system.

Similarly, spaces have been removed completely so double barrelled names will be run as one word.

This will be sufficient to access HEROics magazine. In order to access the forum section you will need to register your preferred choice of username. Since this is a 'closed' forum and only accessable to HERO members you may wish to use your normal given name rather than an alias, but it is entirely your choice.
